Unity 3D Visualization for Architecture, Property & Engineering
A static render or pre-baked fly-through shows one camera path. A Unity-built visualization lets stakeholders walk through a design themselves, in real time, in a browser, on the device they already have. XGameDev builds interactive 3D visualization tools for architecture, property, and engineering teams across Australia.
Real-time engineering visualization is the same underlying discipline we use to ship commercial games, applied to CAD and BIM models instead of game levels. We convert SketchUp and other design files into Unity-compatible formats such as GLTF, preserving key metadata and layer organisation so the design intent stays intact.
Interactive walkthroughs stakeholders control themselves, not a fixed fly-through video
Real-time lighting and material previews for design review
WebGL delivery, so reviewers open a link, no software install required
Export-ready scenes for mobile, desktop, or web
